Terrazza Tragara Luxury Villa for rent is in the heart of Capri, in the romantic setting of via Tragara. The Villa is quiet, independent and super panoramic. The access to the Villa is easy, avoiding stiff stairways and hills, 2 steps from the famous Faraglioni terrace and 10 minutes from the Piazzetta.

The villa is composed of:
4 double bed rooms
1 bunk bed room
1 room with 2 single beds
7 bathrooms

All rooms and common areas are equipped with A/C. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need.

The Upper Floor

Upper floor is composed of 3 bedrooms, all with en suite bathrooms. The rooms have access to a panoramic terrace. 

The Central Floor

The central floor is the entrance to the Villa, it consists of two large living rooms, a balcony and 3 bedrooms all with en suite bathrooms.

The Lower Floor

The lower floor consists of a kitchen, an independent bathroom, and a tavern / dining room /TV room. This environment gives access to a level terrace of over 100mt furnished with swings, sun loungers and a table for unforgettable dinners. 

The Garden and the pool

A 1000 square meter garden where you can relax, play ping-pong with your kids, or simply sunbath with your friends.

The villa is fantastic. The view is breathtaking, the location is private yet close to everything, the walk to the villa is charming (stone walls with flowers line the street and the view is always unbelievable between villas). There are 6 spacious bedrooms with bathrooms and 2 sitting rooms which was wonderful for our large family (us+5 adult kids). The view is the real prize. Sitting on the large patio was so serene and picturesque. It is truly a postcard view. The host Guiseppe was very responsive throughout the whole process. There was a snafu with the pool and he was proactive about letting us know about it in advance, and really went above and beyond to make it right. A true gentleman. Michele the house manager was terrific. He met us at the villa twice and was friendly, knowledgeable, and gave us great recommendations on places to go via throughout our stay. It was a 40 minute drive to the sites in Rome, but well worth it to get away from the city and enjoy a lovely place once we had been to the usual site seeing places.
